CANCELLATION POLICY

Once registered, in the unfortunate event that you must cancel, please refer to the below cancellation policy and dates. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. You may purchase your own cancellation / travel insurance to protect your investment. Costs already incurred to reserve the retreat center make our cancellation policy necessary.

All cancellations before March 1, 2021

The deposit of $500 is non-refundable.  You will forfeit the full deposit amount, plus an additional $100.00. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.

All cancellations on or after

April 1, 2021  

You will forfeit all money paid towards the retreat
